What our guests says about facilities

Best Western Plus Crystal, Hotel,Bar & Spa offers amenities for your comfortable stay and unforgettable experiences

Relaxing Spa Experience

The spa facilities were really good, featuring a steam room and a soothing whirlpool that created the perfect environment to unwind after a long day. I booked a 45-minute massage on a heated hydraulic bed for just 79 euros, which was blissful and left me feeling completely rejuvenated.

Fantastic Breakfast Spread

The breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations, with a wide variety of options including freshly made pastries, fruits, and hot items. The atmosphere was cozy and I appreciated the quick maintenance by the staff, ensuring that everything was well-stocked and tidy throughout the meal.

Spacious and Thoughtful Design

I stayed in a room that was tastefully designed with plenty of space for my yoga mat and luggage. The large bathtub/shower combination was a good addition, making it easy to relax after a busy day of exploring.

Well-Designed Rooms

The room design was more impressive than I had anticipated, with modern decor that integrated Art Nouveau elements beautifully. Every corner of the room seemed well thought-out, making my stay feel both luxurious and comfortable.
